Wow!!! Can you believe it has been 40 years. Have you noticed that it is our kids getting older and not us??? We all hope that everyone is happy and doing well and will be able to make it to Libby for a fun weekend of memories and catching up.

The committee has decided to hold this weekend on August 14 & 15 with a few activities planned if you are interested. This weekend is Ignite the Nights Car Show put on by the Igniters Car Club. Friday Night we will have a sign in night at the Elks -220 W. 4^th Street, starting at 5:30 pm with pizza and stuff. The car club then takes over the gut and drives their cars up and down Mineral Avenue till 9:00 pm or so. So you are welcomed to sign in, go watch the car parade and the flame throwers and then re-meet at the Elks.

Saturday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm all the cars will be displayed on Mineral Avenue and you can spend the afternoon walking up and down the gut and enjoying the music and maybe meeting other classes. Or we may have a poker run with everyone riding a school bus from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Tee times have been set up for 10:00 am on Saturday for anyone interested in a round or two of golf on the now 18 hole Cabinet View Golf Course, sorry this is at your own expense. It is beautiful up there so you should come and try it. Please let us know as soon as possible in case we need more tee times or need to cancel some.

The dinner for Saturday night will be at the Elks. The menu has not really been decided but it will be wonderful. Cocktail hour will start at 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm with dinner to follow. We will have music and dancing and just plain talking till whenever.

The cost for this weekend’s dinners is $40.00 for single and $80.00 for couple. We really hope that you do not find this amount unreasonable. If someone needs help with this cost, please let us know, we can help. It has not been decided if we would like to acquire some surprises yet or if there is any money left over to save for the next one. All right, another meeting. We love our meetings! The committee has been working and thinking and planning and hoping that you can all come.
